DTA Marine Inspections and Survey Services Pvt. Ltd. was established on 14 December 2020 in Mumbai, India, with a clear mission: to deliver reliable, independent, and technically sound Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services to the global marine, cargo, and logistics industry.
Although established in 2020, DTA Marine is built upon nearly two decades of practical marine surveying experience, international exposure, and professional expertise. The company combines technical excellence, industry knowledge, and uncompromising integrity to provide independent inspection, survey, investigation, and certification services in accordance with internationally accepted standards and best practices.
From its inception, DTA Marine has remained committed to safeguarding clients' interests by delivering accurate inspections, impartial assessments, and technically robust reports that support informed commercial, operational, insurance, and legal decisions across the global maritime supply chain.

DTA Marine was founded by Mr. Nooruddin Hasanmiyan Bargir, Managing Director, a seasoned marine and cargo survey professional with nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the marine inspection and surveying industry. Since commencing his professional career in 2006, Mr. Bargir has been actively involved in a wide range of marine, cargo, and industrial inspection assignments, serving the interests of shipowners, charterers, P&I Clubs, cargo owners, insurers, freight forwarders, traders, financial institutions, and other stakeholders engaged in international trade.
Prior to establishing DTA Marine, Mr. Bargir gained extensive experience working with internationally recognized inspection and survey organizations, undertaking assignments at ports, container freight stations (CFS), inland container depots (ICD), warehouses, manufacturing facilities, vessels, terminals, and industrial sites. This international exposure provided him with a comprehensive understanding of globally accepted surveying practices, marine insurance requirements, international trade procedures, and technical inspection standards.
Driven by a vision to establish an independent and professionally managed marine inspection organization, Mr. Bargir founded DTA Marine on the principles of integrity, impartiality, technical excellence, and client confidence. This strategic expansion strengthens our ability to support clients across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, and key international trade corridors by providing responsive, locally supported, and technically competent inspection and survey services.

Mr. Nooruddin Hasanmiyan Bargir

Mr. Nooruddin Hasanmiyan Bargir is a highly experienced marine and cargo survey professional with nearly two decades of practical experience in the marine inspection, surveying, and certification industry. Since commencing his professional career in 2006, he has been actively involved in conducting independent marine and cargo surveys, technical inspections, marine casualty investigations, cargo claims assessments, and consultancy assignments across a broad range of maritime, logistics, and industrial sectors.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bargir has successfully undertaken surveys of ocean-going vessels and a diverse range of commodities, including steel products, agricultural commodities, grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, refrigerated and perishable cargo, machinery, project cargo, bulk cargo, breakbulk cargo, chemicals, and general cargo. His practical experience extends across ports, container terminals, inland container depots (ICDs), container freight stations (CFS), warehouses, manufacturing facilities, industrial plants, cold storage facilities, and onboard vessels.
He brings specialized expertise in:
- Marine condition, seaworthiness, pre-purchase, pre-loading, and post-discharge surveys
- Cargo loading, stuffing, de-stuffing, stowage, lashing, securing, and cargo care inspections
- RoRo, automobile, heavy-lift, breakbulk, and project cargo surveys
- Empty Container Depot (ECD) inspections, container condition surveys, and container certification
