With more than 16 years of experience in Chartered Engineers Certification for imports/exports and 4 years of expertise in purchase and stores management in the construction industry, Mrs. Binitha has developed strong capability in operations management, client coordination, technical documentation, compliance, and business development strategy.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Chartered Engineers Certification & Compliance
  • Finalizing and issuing Chartered Engineers Certificates (CECs) for import/export of used machinery/Equipment’s in sectors such as oilfield equipment, medical systems, textile machinery, printing machinery, ISO tanks, and box containers etc.
  • Conducting technical inspections, surveys, and valuation assessments as per engineering, customs, and international standards.
  • Coordinating with customs authorities, importers, exporters, and CHAs.
  • Preparing accurate documentation and timely submission of technical reports.
  1. Operations & Business Development
  • Overseeing daily operations with focus on efficiency and compliance.
  • Developing strategic marketing and business growth plans.
  • Managing key client accounts and ensuring long-term relationship building.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through market research.

 

  1. Financial & Administrative Management
  • Supervising invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation.
  • Monitoring budgets and controlling operational costs.
  • Preparing financial summaries and supporting audits.

 

  1. Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Leading a multidisciplinary team with strong communication.
  • Training staff on documentation, customer handling, and compliance.
