To provide an unbiased, technically accurate assessment of completed works to assist GPPL in financial approvals, compliance checks, and project monitoring.

2. Sikkim Teesta 3 Dam & Powerhouse Project
Our role is strictly to observe the progress of work carried out at the Powerhouse and Dam site. We compare and record the work completed during the current reporting period with reference to the previous reporting period, based on actual on-site conditions.
- Work is executed in a safe, compliant, and technically correct manner.
- Stakeholders receive accurate and unbiased progress status.
- The plant restoration achieves reliable long-term operational performance.
