 Scope of Engagement

DTA Marine Inspections & Survey Services Pvt. Ltd. is appointed as the Independent Quantity Surveyor to monitor and verify ongoing restoration and repair activities and to report on the condition sighted at the Power House, Dam Site, and Associated Tunnel Systems.

Generator & turbine dismantling, rotor & stator cleaning, runner assessments, MIV flushing, transformer oil filtration, cable tray cleaning, testing & reassembly verification.

Dam Site

Cofferdam and intake restoration, spillway demolition supervision, batching & crusher plant setup, diversion route development.

Tunnels 

Tail Race Tunnel cleaning assessment, Main Access Tunnel monitoring, dewatering oversight, pressurization checks, structural and safety readiness.

 

Our Role as Independent Quantity Surveyors.

Our role is strictly to observe the progress of work carried out at the Powerhouse and Dam site. We compare and record the work completed during the current reporting period with reference to the previous reporting period, based on actual on-site conditions.

  • Conduct on-site technical inspections and verify executed works.
  • Monitor electrical, mechanical, and civil rehabilitation activities.
  • Validate repairs against engineering standards and safety protocols.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports backed with photographs, observations & status analysis.
  • Provide transparent documentation for insurance and operational decision-making.
