DTA Marine Inspections and Survey Services Pvt. Ltd. was established on 14 December 2020 in Mumbai, India, with a clear mission: to deliver reliable, independent, and technically sound Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services to the global marine, cargo, and logistics industry.

Though young by incorporation, the company stands on a foundation of deep industry experience, international exposure, and professional integrity.

A Vision Built on Experience

The company was founded by Mr. Nooruddin Hasanmiyan Bargir, Managing Director, a highly respected marine and cargo survey professional with over 18 years of hands-on experience in inspections and surveys, actively working in the field since 2006.

Before founding DTA Marine, Mr. Bargir worked extensively with foreign inspection and survey organizations, gaining international surveying experience across ports, terminals, CFS facilities, vessels, and industrial premises. His exposure to global standards, P&I Clubs, and international trade regulations shaped the strong technical and ethical framework on which DTA Marine operates today.

This strategic expansion enables DTA Marine to serve clients across the GCC and international trade corridors, reinforcing its position as a trusted inspection and survey partner worldwide.

Mr. Nooruddin Bargir is extensively involved in marine and cargo surveys of ocean-going vessels and a wide range of commodities, including steel products, grains, fruits & vegetables, refrigerated and perishable cargo, machinery, bulk and general cargo.

He brings specialized expertise in:

  • Marine condition surveys, seaworthiness surveys, pre & post surveys
  • Cargo stuffing, de-stuffing, stowage, lashing & securing
  • RoRo and automobile surveys
  • Empty Container Depot (ECD) management and container certifications
  • ISO Tank, Dry Van, Reefer, Tank, Flat Rack, Open Top & Garment Containers
  • Pre-Shipment Inspections (DGFT – India, DPP – Pakistan)
  • P&I Club surveys, claims surveys, expert witness assignments

Mr. Bargir has successfully handled high-value international projects, including sugar plants, cement plants, railway coaches, and major marine casualty surveys.

He is an active member of prestigious international professional bodies and holds multiple Certificates of Competence in hull structure, dangerous chemicals, and safety equipment.
